3. Creator & Partner Engagement

When you register as a Creator or Partner on Revenue Hub, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. Any fraudulent applications or activities (such as spamming, spoofing traffic, or submitting fake leads/signups) will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any accrued earnings.

4. Earnings & Payouts

Earnings are computed based on the tracking systems and campaign rules established by Revenue Hub and our partnership clients. Payout terms are Net-30 or as agreed upon sign-up. Tax deductions (TDS) and GST rules apply to all payments according to local government guidelines.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.

6. Governing Law
